Therapy for adults navigating complex trauma, chronic self-doubt, and lifelong survival patterns.

Helping adults understand themselves after years of adapting, coping, and feeling disconnected from who they are.

You May Be Here Because…

You notice:

  • feeling like you’re functioning, but emotionally exhausted

  • chronic self-doubt or feeling “not enough”

  • people-pleasing or difficulty saying no

  • feeling disconnected from your needs or identity

Or you experience:

  • emotional overwhelm or shutting down

  • difficulty understanding your emotional responses

  • feeling like you’re “too much” or “not enough” in relationships

Many of the people I work with describe feeling like they’re managing life rather than fully living it.

How I Understand Therapy

Therapy is a process of understanding the patterns you’ve developed over time—especially the ones that helped you get through earlier experiences but may now feel exhausting or limiting.

Many of the struggles people bring into therapy are not personal flaws, but lifelong coping patterns shaped by experience.

In our work together, we focus on:

  • how these patterns developed

  • what they helped you manage

  • how they show up in your life today

  • what it might look like to relate to them differently

My approach is trauma-informed and relational, and I draw from Humanistic therapy to support deeper meaning-making and self-understanding.

I also use a neurodiversity-affirming lens, recognizing that differences in emotional processing, attention, and sensory experience can shape how these patterns form and are experienced.

The goal is not to change who you are, but to help you build more clarity and ease in how you relate to yourself and others.
